Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cvenom, operated by Mayorana (a Swiss company), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use Cvenom. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16; if we learn that such an account exists, we will delete it and its data.

Description of Services

Cvenom provides AI-powered CV optimization services, including automated CV adaptation, job matching, ATS optimization, and related career enhancement tools. Our services are designed to help you improve your job search success through intelligent document processing and matching algorithms.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your CV and profile
• Use our services only for legitimate job search and career development purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights and not misuse our AI technology
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services

Credits and Payments

Cvenom runs on credits, which you can get in two ways. (1) One-off top-ups bought on Cvenom: a single payment, nothing renews, and the credits never expire. (2) A monthly plan sold by Mayorana on mayorana.ch, which renews every month until you cancel it there; its credits are added each month, are spent before your own, lapse at the end of each month, and count in Cvenom when you sign in to both with the same email. Plans are governed by Mayorana's terms on mayorana.ch, where you can cancel at any time. Credits are digital content delivered to your account immediately after payment. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal; by ticking the box at checkout, you expressly ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose this right once the credits are delivered. This does not affect your rights if a payment was taken in error or the service does not work as described: contact us at legal@cvenom.com.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, including our AI algorithms, software, and related technologies, remain the exclusive property of Mayorana. You retain ownership of your CV content, while granting us a limited license to process and optimize it for the purpose of providing our services.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any job search outcomes, interview results, or employment decisions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services, and we exclude liability for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, particularly in cases of terms violations or misuse of our platform. You may terminate your account at any time, and upon termination, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts. As a Swiss company, we operate under Swiss data protection and consumer protection regulations.
